- Meditate when you don’t want to.
- Meditate when you do.
- Meditate when you have something to meditate on.
- Meditate when you don’t.
- Meditate every day.
- Keep meditating.
Seriously though there is a lesson in there. Think like a meditator, be like a meditator. Which is by the way the title of a forth coming blog post I’m currently working on.
