Leicester boss Ruud van Nistelrooy is unsure whether Jamie Vardy will be at King Power Stadium next season as the Foxes look set to drop to the Championship.

The 38-year-old striker is out of contract at the end of the season amid uncertainty over his long-term future at the club.

We see it every day in training. It’s difficult when you put your mind to it and things aren’t going your way but the standout thing is that we have common ground. “You fight and you keep going until the end,” he said.
“That’s a great example. He’s a leader, and that’s the way he lives his life in this profession, and so am I.”
