How to make Chicken Breast Rolls Stuffed with Mixed Vegetables?


     1. Remove the skin from the chicken breast, slice thinly and use a food hammer to pound it into sheets. Season with salt and ground pepper.
     2. Boil asparagus, carrots and baby corn in salted water. When cooked, remove from the water and soak in cold water. Place with the pounded chicken. Roll up into a log, then wrap with foil and steam until cooked (reserve the broth to use as the sauce). Remove from the foil and set aside.
     3. Grill the chicken breast in a pan without oil until fragrant, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
     4. Make the chicken stock by frying all-purpose flour in a pan until brown. Add chicken stock (the water from which the chicken was boiled). Season with salt, ground pepper and sugar. Simmer until thick, then scoop over the chicken breast. Ready to serve.
